You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent given by you before its withdrawal. In order to ensure a high level of care for the rights of data subjects, the Controller will request a renewal of consent after approximately 3 years, unless the data subject withdraws their consent before that time.

6. You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to erase it, to receive a copy of the data, to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and the right to data portability.
7. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
