Deployment, Support and Licensing Model

Business-oriented descripted of implementation, manufacturer support and monitored-asset licensing
SecureVisio is delivered as an integrated security operations platform that combines SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, Vulnerability Management, Risk Management and XDR capabilities in one environment. The platform is intended for enterprise monitoring, detection and response processes across heterogeneous IT infrastructure.
The solution is most commonly deployed on-premises and can be adapted to distributed, segmented or high-availability environments. Its implementation model covers both technical deployment and operational preparation so that the customer receives a production-ready platform prepared for immediate use.
| Business scope covered by this document This article describes the SecureVisio approach to implementation delivery, manufacturer support and licensing. These areas are designed to provide predictable ownership, long-term maintainability and operational scalability. |
1. Implementation and delivery approach
SecureVisio is delivered using a turnkey implementation approach. The implementation is not limited to software installation; it covers the complete path from technical design to operational readiness.
The delivery process typically includes pre-deployment analysis, architecture preparation, installation, configuration, integration with existing systems, onboarding of log sources, tuning of detection and correlation mechanisms, validation, operational testing and knowledge transfer for administrators and operators.
| Area | Description |
| Pre-deployment analysis | Review of infrastructure, security monitoring objectives and deployment constraints. |
| Architecture and installation | Preparation of the target architecture and installation of required platform components. |
| Integration and onboarding | Connection of log sources, security tools, infrastructure systems and operational data sources. |
| Tuning and validation | Adjustment of parsers, rules, policies, playbooks and correlation logic to the customer environment. |
| Operational enablement | Training, documentation and handover activities supporting independent operational use after go-live. |
As a result, SecureVisio is delivered as a complete operational environment, configured for monitoring, detection, investigation and response within the customer infrastructure.
2. Licensing model
SecureVisio uses a monitored-asset licensing model. Licensing is based on hosts that are intended to be actively monitored, primarily servers and workstations. The license is not based on the amount of collected data, event throughput or the number of operators using the platform.
In the logical map, IT assets can be defined and marked as licensed or left as informational assets. Licensed assets can be used for operational security processes such as events, incidents, vulnerabilities and risk analysis. Assets without an active license can still be maintained in the logical map for contextual and documentation purposes.
This distinction allows SecureVisio to represent the customer environment accurately without forcing every documented asset to consume a monitoring license. For example, an unlicensed asset may still be useful when visualizing an attack vector between monitored and non-monitored parts of the environment.
| Licensing rule | Practical meaning |
| Licensed object | A monitored host such as a server or workstation. |
| Operational use | Licensed assets may participate in event, incident, vulnerability and risk-management processes. |
| Informational use | Unlicensed assets may remain on the logical map as context, documentation or attack-vector reference points. |
| No EPS limit | The license does not restrict the number of events per second processed by the platform. |
| No data-volume limit | The license does not restrict the amount of stored log data. |
| No operator limit | The license does not restrict the number of simultaneously logged-in administrative or analytical users. |
Because licensing is not tied to telemetry volume or platform infrastructure components, the environment can scale with operational needs. Additional collectors can be added as the monitored environment grows without changing the licensing model solely because processing capacity has increased.
3. Manufacturer support and content maintenance
SecureVisio is delivered with manufacturer support services intended to maintain operational continuity throughout the supported lifecycle. Support is provided through the SecureVisio support ecosystem, including SVCenter, which acts as a central point for software maintenance, update distribution, documentation access and technical communication.
During the support period, customers receive access to platform updates and maintenance releases. This includes functional improvements, stability updates, security fixes and documentation updates. Support also covers analytical and contextual content used by detection and automation mechanisms.
| Support area | Description |
| Software updates | Access to platform releases, fixes and functional improvements during the support period. |
| Analytical content | Updates for parsers, security rules, playbooks, system actions, analyzers and other operational content. |
| Documentation | Access to updated manuals and operational documentation. |
| Error handling | Analysis and handling of reported issues related to platform functionality, integrations and operational behavior. |
| Support portal | Centralized communication and update access through the SecureVisio support ecosystem, including SVCenter. |
This support model allows the platform to remain aligned with changing infrastructure, operational procedures and threat landscapes without requiring separate redevelopment work on the customer side for standard maintenance and content updates.
4. Long-term operational scalability
The combination of turnkey deployment, monitored-asset licensing and manufacturer support is designed to provide predictable long-term operation. Organizations can increase telemetry volume, add log sources, extend collector capacity and involve additional operators without introducing licensing constraints based on EPS, stored data volume or concurrent user count.
This approach is particularly important in enterprise and public-sector environments where infrastructure grows over time and security monitoring scope changes. SecureVisio can expand with the environment while preserving a consistent management, analytical and operational layer.
Summary
SecureVisio combines implementation services, manufacturer support and monitored-asset licensing into one operational delivery model. The platform can be delivered as a turnkey solution, maintained through manufacturer support and scaled without licensing restrictions on EPS, log volume or operator count. The only licensing dimension is the set of monitored hosts that should actively participate in security operations.
